I’ve been asked if this is a self-portrait, since details like the rings, earrings, beard, Picasso shirt, and hat closely mirror what I’m wearing in the photo beside the work. I didn’t plan it that way, but looking at it now, maybe it was always me without me realizing it. I think I made it subconsciously, influenced by Radiohead’s Creep. I accidentally made a self-portrait… I can’t help wishing it came from a different song.😂~ Joey Matesic
